As a child, have you experienced bullying? Due to past trauma and pain, we hesitate to put ourselves out into the open, and to step out into our purpose. In this episode, I explain my struggles with being on social media, and how past trauma has impacted my life in a negative way. I also expand on how I push through trauma and by doing so I start to develop confidence.
