Hello fam and welcome to the show! So I’m not going to lie, I feel like I’m bugging out sometimes at the sheer ridiculousness of the state of the world. Like, my mind is boggled at times and if you’re reading this, I am guessing yours is too.

There are for sure some wild times going on out there but when it comes down to it we gotta focus on ourselves and how we can heal, integrate and grow, and in turn help others through shining our own unique light.

I touch on the Mandela effect, gaslighting, sovereignty, hallucinations and read some more from Caroline Myss’s book called Anatomy of the Spirit with a focus on our intuition and Ajna chakra. I give some tips on how to cleanse our pineal glands to create more clarity and inner vision to see through the bullshit that is being force-fed to us at this time.

I end with a shortened Dynamo breathwork session to elevate your vibration and tap into a higher state of consciousness.
