We've spent a lot of time on emotional responsibility lately, but a recent conversation with a friend reminded me of a piece of this "responsibility puzzle" that I don't want you to miss. We know that our own emotions require our responsibility, but what about the emotions of someone else? Can't I manage those too? Is it possible for someone's anger/rage/fear/sadness/disappointment to be my responsibility or fault?
Join me this week as we discover the truth that we aren't responsible to manage anyone's internal world but our own AND aim towards the goal of relationship which is two free and responsible humans.
