This question comes in many forms. "Do I have anxiety or am I just feeling anxious??" or even "Do I need to be on medication or do I just need to relax??" All of these questions are very reasonable inquiries to have. The only thing that really matters though is what is holding you back from living the life you want? Mental illness is real, it's also heavily impacted by our lifestyle though. There's something each and every one of us can do to reduce the anxieties we each have in our day to day lives.
