Am I stereotype is not just about the stupid comments like 'your pretty for a black girl' or 'you don't look blind' it's about how the perceptions we have about someone and how they're supposed to be impacts both them and us.  When we hold a stereotype, we hold ourselves back form discovering a new idea, a new phase or even ourselves.  Whether we are the one placing limitations through stereotypes on others, or we hare the target of a stereotype, we block our ability to expand and explore our interactions more.
