She is known for introducing firms to the world of Leveraged Advisory™ and showing people how to productize their offerings and de-commoditize their firms in the process. 

Amanda's clients are some of the most rapidly expanding accounting companies in the country, and she has assisted them in increasing income while working with fewer clients. Since 2009, Amanda has helped over 1,000 companies launch or grow through her firm, her work with Richard Branson's Virgin Start-Up, and training and mentoring.
