In today's episode I talk to Amanda Thomspon, a creative coach, sober artist and goddess. She powerfully takes us through her journey to sobriety and ultimately reconnection with herself and her creative spirit. For a long time, Amanda was unable to claim the title of 'artist' but choosing to become sober in 2019 changed so much for her. We discuss how her sobriety is her superpower, how she discovered that she could be uniquely herself and tune into her intuition, which previously had felt scary to her. Her journey back to herself through daily meditation, creativity practices and journalling have shown her how multifaceted intuition can be and taught her how to move past the blockages to intuition. Amanda's journey is deeply inspiring.
