Matt is an Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, accomplished amateur triathlete, was a 2 sport college athlete at the Air Force Academy and proud husband and father of 4. In April 2020, Matt was struck by a car moving at high speed while riding his bike on a training ride. In this episode, we talk to Matt about the crash, his recovery and what keeps him motivated to continue trying to get back to normal life!
