Ray Hacke, attorney for Pacific Justice Institute, talks about a case in Umpqua, Oregon in which a small church was denied permission to build a parsonage. Initially, the county granted the church permission. However, a neighbor in the community filed an appealed and won. Ray Hacke shares the next steps he’s taking to oppose the decision.
