Amazon's Invincible aired its first season and put other superhero shows on notice! This show is another in a recent string of superhero shows that have taken our ideas of what heroes are and turned them on its head. Shows like The Boys and Umbrella Academy offer competition in the genre. However because Invincible is animated, the creative team can have more fun. We brought back Mike and Max from past shows to help us break down Amazon's Invincible season one.

None of us have read the comics, so this review is based solely on the information presented in season one. In this episode, we talked about the different heroes and villains we met throughout the show, and who we want to see more of in season two. We also talked about some of our favorite moments from season one and when we all saw the plot twist.  Obviously, we have to talk about everyone's new favorite subway scene and the other amazing fights we saw this season. We also took some time to discuss the future of Invincible based on the last minutes of the finale. Which characters are you excited to see make a return in season two?
