In this episode of Captain Caveman's Cruiseship,  Captain Michael welcomes aboard Rob Schmidt, who is now retired from state service. Rob does consulting now, but before retiring served as the California Department of Food and Agriculture's Agency Information Officer, as well as the Chief of the Office of Technology Services data center. Rob has had an interesting career journey and offers unique insides into what resonates with business and also how evolving over the course of one's career is not a single prescriptive formula.
