At the young age of 22, Amber managed an emergency shelter for the American Red Cross during Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, Louisiana. Later after moving back to Texas and marrying a very busy Realtor and Investor, Amber had twins and started blogging about crazy stories that happen in life as a working mom. Choosing to laugh rather than cry at life's struggles, Amber helped inspire other women who only saw the "sunshine and rainbows" that we most often see on social media about others and their "perfect life" when it is in fact, far from perfection.
