In this episode I talk with Amber Jones.

Amber is a successful owner of multiple businesses. For thats that don't know, Amber she can be very shy. So much so that she tried to take her own life, luckily it didn't work, and she didn't say anything about it until recently. This is the first time she has talked about this publicly. I know that can't be an easy thing to do but we both felt it was important.

If you struggle with depression, please seek professional help. Talk to someone. Don't try to deal with it on own. Definitely don't let things get so bad you think about taking your own life.
