Today you get to hear from an incredibly inspiring woman who has been featured on the Today Show and in magazines including Health, FIt Pregnancy, Shape and Disability magazine. Amberly Lago is the author of True Grit and Grace, a tedX speaker… and an expert in the field of resilience, transformation and health and wellness.  Amberly was involved in a motorcycle crash that mangled her leg… ultimately giving her a painful nerve condition called CRPS.  It’s nicknamed “The Suicide Disease”… because many people with this condition take their own lives… because the pain is that bad. Chronic pain is a real problem in our country - and we talk about how she deals with daily pain and how she breaks the pain cycle. She tells us how she’s found light int he darkness, what she does every morning… and how gratitude helps - even when she’s dealing with physical pain.
