She's an on-air talent and Music Director for local radio station 92.9 The Beat here in Springfield, Mo. So much more than that, she's a friend, a crab aficionado and (oddly) a lover of hospital food; Amber Nix is a smorgasbord of eclectic tastes and eccentric stories.
