Ambiguous grief is often related to loss and pain experienced by loosing a loved one who is still living, or the loss of a place or experience that has been destroyed or taken away.

We all grieve places that are gone or forever changed, people that we no longer see, or ways of life that will never be the same.

Today we talk about acknowledging and healing through the process of ambiguous grief, as well as our own experiences with it.
