Ameet Dhillon is the managing director for US-Africa Housing Finance. A limited liability company (LLC) that purchases home finance contracts and distributes interest to its investors. 

 Ameet Dhillon was born and raised in the United States with an Indian heritage-which he talks about with pride. He started his career as a software engineer at IBM. He is an accomplished marketing and business development executive in the software and networking industries with over 25 years of experience. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he first met his longtime friend Robert Hornsby (co-founder and CFO for American Homebuilders of West Africa)

 In this interview, Ameet Dhillon talks about how he helps finance homes built in West Africa, the ways he qualifies buyers for a loan, the criteria he uses to determine the suitability of a borrower, the meaning of home finance contracts, and how one can become an investor in his firm.
