This is the story of Amelia and Tommy. Amelia is mum to two sons- Aston and Tommy. Tommy was born unexpectedly and quickly at 17 weeks gestation. Amelia was able to spend some precious time with Tommy, appreciate his features, hold him, create some memories and invite a few family members to meet him- including Aston his big brother.
