Wellness.  Amelia Wilcox breathes this to the core of her being.  Sitting down with her and chatting, I immediately sensed the confidence and ease in the way she carries her self, approaches life, etc.  She has the greatest sense of humor and laughs through the stresses of life.  And she has faced her share of it, when her very successful massage therapy business she created for the corporate world immediately came to a screeching halt once Covid hit.  She knew at that moment that she needed to pivot, and pivot quickly.  So after assessing the needs of everyone, she knew that people needed to process their feelings over this complete change of lifestyle.  She created an online therapy business that could help people immediately; no need to schedule things out weeks in advance.  People's moods started to shifting and her new company Zenovate, is off to a flying start.  It has been so rad connecting with Amelia on super important topics like mental health in the workplace.  Enjoy!
