Project contributors and constitutional law experts Gerard MaglioccaSanford LevinsonMichael Rappaport, and Stephen Sachs explore the origins, debates, and ongoing challenges surrounding Article V in this conversation about their new essays.Jeffrey Rosen, president and CEO of the National Constitution Center, moderates.
