America means something different to everyone. My mom lived in Korea during the Korean War in the 1950's. Her experiences as a child were painful and tragic. In recent times I sat down with and she shared with me one story that I never heard before. It gave me a perspective about my country I never knew I had...our American stories can shape the way we see our lives and how our future generations see there's.
