The murder is down in America by 200%, gun ownership is up by 300%, and America’s governments compliance to God’s law has dropped off by 400% since 1994. We calculate a submission to God’s law ratio (when it comes to God’s requirements of civil government). And, America gets an F on the report card. We also review courts in England and America that would submit to God’s law and execute murderers. But, they would brings pastors in to preach and to call them to repentance. We record instances where pastors would climb up on the gallows and continue to call men to repentance and to faith in Christ, until the executioner followed through on his civil responsibilities. We are a long way from where Christians would teach the law and the Gospel
