Career politicians create a huge division between the American people and Government. The founders of our Nation never intended for people to spend their entire lives "serving" our country in a political nature. They envisioned a governing body that was "Of the people, by the people, for the people" and not an elite, ruling class that fought their way to DC and never left.

It is time for We The People to seek out and find representatives for both the House and Senate who believe that term limits will help to reduce corruption and increase the quality of governance in Congress. We need to find these people, put them in office and then hold them accountable to write and pass legislation that permanently limits the amount of time an individual can serve our Nation in Congress to not more than 8 years!
