I can't begin to tell you how excited I am and how on fire I am with life!!! I have been formulating and marinating an idea for a documentary for a little while and it is coming to fruition.  American Food will examine the lives of immigrant workers in the restaurant & food industries.  My plan is to bring to light the people behind the scenes and behind the food that we eat on a daily basis in our favorite establishments.  I want to dispel the myths that immigrant workers are taking jobs from people and actually how vital immigration is to our economy.  I hope you get a sense of how passionate I am on this topic and join me on the journey.  If you like this or any episodes of the podcast remember to subscribe.  If I could ask for a favor- please give me a review and rate the show...
