Author and historian Anton Chaitken joins America Today to discuss the current Russian-Ukraine War, and how old forces (international banking groups who profit from imperial hegemony) are guiding current global conflict and "forever wars" designed to prevent smaller nations from reaching true independence.

Chaitken asserts in his book Who We Are, America has, since the beginning of the 20th Century, shifted from promoting peace and goodwill, abroad, to promoting continual conflict, all designed to keep British and American hegemony in force, while preventing smaller nations from reaching their full potential.

It is also an examination of the Trump Administration pushing back by promoting economic development and ending forever wars.
