This week we launch a new monthly podcast dedicated to legal issues affecting LGBTQIA+ communities. Transformation Thursday Podcast General Counsel Jamie Rodriguez and Amy Stephens will examine these issues and explore the arc towards equality throughout our nation's history.

In episode one, Jamie and Amy discuss the Executive Orders signed by President Biden during his first few days in office. After recording the episode the very next day, President Biden signed an Executive Order overturning the Trump Transgender Military Ban, so Jamie and Amy recorded a breaking news segment to discuss how lifting the ban will affect transgender service members already serving and those trans folx who want to enlist in the future.
