Amina Smith is a media maven with a passion for sports and entertainment. Hailing from New York City, Amina always had big dreams of working in front of the camera and telling the stories of athletes and change-makers from all walks of life. She's appeared on Big Ten Network, WCIU in Chicago, and most recently BET Networks.

What I love most about Amina and this conversation, is how gracious she is with her approach to life. She is so honest and thorough with the way she describes how she's come into her own, and my absolute favorite quote from this conversation was when she said, "I'm not going to censor myself to make other people feel comfortable."
