We're very grateful over here in the GDP Camp to have Amir Maxx back up on the podcast, a few weeks after he dropped his tape "Committed". Amir is both a podcast host (The Tempah Zone Podcast) and an artist, and was totally candid with us about his experiences with bipolar disorder and vividly recounted having a manic breakdown. That took big courage. I think anybody can listen to this and get a better sense of what triggers Bipolar breakdowns, and how you can sense if someone is going through a manic episode.
