Temptations
This story is about how temptations can be put into your path. Temptations that start out so simply, but can ruin things around you and in your life's happiness. A very good and quick read.
FLIRTING FROM AN ENGLISH VET TURNED AN AMISH GIRLS HEAD
Mary's family made was screaming and in severe pain trying to birth her foal. They sent for the English vet, and he had to do a operate on the made to deliver the colt. The vet started flirting with Mary from the first time they layed eyes on each other. Mary was very much aware of this young man and forgot about Samuel the young man she was courting. The vet James Munroe was coming around very often taking care of the colt and acting like he was really interested with Mary and was upset that she was courting Samuel and she did not tell him. You need to read this book to see how things turn out between Samuel, Mary and James.
Great book
Mary and Samuels story is special. The way there families spend so much time helping each other is amazing.
Great book
Excellent
Excellent story and the narrator is great.
Too stereotyped and too derivative.
This a sad little morality tale. It plays on every Amish/English stereotype there is. The big bad Englisher just wants to play around with the sweet little Amish girl. I knew how it was going to end before I was halfway through. Just a sad little book.
