As if that wasn't an insult enough, the bishop wants her to plan the wedding! Will the two realize they are meant for each other before it is too late?
Members Reviews:
Wrong bride
Two people who loved each other but never told each other. The bishop asked her to plan a wedding for another bride, but it was so hard when it was the groom she loved
Their parents had arranged the marriage. Can love come later? Cute short story.
Sometimes we learn almost too late
A well written short story of a boy & girl who have been friends for years that is suddenly changed when he becomes engaged to another newer girl at church.
Amish Hope
I enjoyed this short story. Surprising and interesting events. Loved the outcome. Wish all things would turn out this way.
A sweet story
You can never know who your special person is unless you speak up. This was a short story filled with happiness.
Cute short story.
True love eventually works out in this story. I am glad the Amish marry for life. I've been married to my husband for forty four an a half years. We married for life. I wish more couples would enter marriage in the same way. It is sad the way society lives the way it does, everything can be thrown away. I think more young ladies should learn about the Amish commitments. Maybe knowing about the Amish would help others. If you love true love stories then ready this short novella, it only takes about thirty minutes to read. The author did a great job.
