Our perspective on aspects of our life can affect our mental health and to be honest NONE of us have a perfect life. Don't believe what you see on social media! Some of us find ways to manage and cope but there can be times when nothing seems to work. My hope is through story telling we can learn from each other. learn what works, what doesn't work, and to know you are NOT the only one going thru a difficult time.
