With backgrounds in public health nursing, health reporting, and media strategy, Barbara has been extensively involved in amplifying nursing voices and developing healthcare leaders throughout her career. She is a co-producer of the HealthCetera podcast, which focuses on evidence-based health news, analysis, and commentary, as well as a Board member of Project Kesher, a global Jewish feminist women’s advocacy organization.
