Oddly enough, non profits run very much like āfor profitsā with one notable exception:
š° The āprofitā (yes, 501c3 entities should āgainā money each month) doesnāt go to shareholders, it rolls back into ministry.
(As a result, non profits complete different tax forms, etcā¦)
So, in this talk we walk through a similar financial framework as we did for āfor profitā organizations (see the previous talk).
And, we highlight five commonalities between the twoā¦

24 Four things on earth are small,
Ā Ā Ā Ā yet they are extremely wise:
25Ā Ants are creatures of little strength,
Ā Ā Ā Ā yet they store up their food in the summer;
26Ā hyraxes are creatures of little power,
Ā Ā Ā Ā yet they make their home in the crags;
27Ā locusts have no king,
Ā Ā Ā Ā yet they advance together in ranks;
28Ā a lizard can be caught with the hand,
Ā Ā Ā Ā yet it is found in kingsā palaces.
Notice verse 24ā they are small, yet continue⦠and then have WAY MORE than enoughā¦
In like manner, start where you are, with the goal in mindā¦
Itās easy, especially in the beginning, to get overwhelmed with how far you want things to go. However, remember that the time will pass anyway.
Whether or not you choose to intentionally do something with it or not is entirely up to you.
Make the most of it and leverage the time while you do the great work you are doingā¦.
