Are you always anxious? Be it over a small issue or even a big one? When we are anxious, most of the time we can't make proper correct decisions and we end up short temper too. Anxiety leads us to have a nervous breakdown, depression, breathlessness, stress, insomnia, loss of appetite and for some serious cases, stroke or heart attacks.
