Rockaway Beach resident John Roberts is the Coordinator of AmpSurf’s Rockaway Beach/Breezy Point Chapter.
AmpSurf's mission is to “promote, inspire, educate, and rehabilitate people with disabilities” via adaptive surfing, a sport that is close to Roberts’ heart. He'll join The Wave's EIC Mark C. Healey to discuss the upcoming AmpSurf fundraiser on June 28, followed by the first AmpSurf Clinic on June 29.
