Chris and Jeff Perry discuss the July 31st Debt Ceiling deadline. Once the Congress borrowing limit is reached, lawmakers must raise the ceiling before Treasury can issue more debt (e.g., bonds) to pay US obligations.

They also discuss the Infrastructure Deal, which includes proposals for transportation, water, etc. The Infrastructure Deal is not complete and will be going through the amendment process starting this week.
