Mental health is not a topic many firefighters want to talk about, but one firefighter is determined to start the conversation in his firehouse. Brad Bouchillon has spent the last 10 years working as a full-time firefighter in Georgia and, as a Captain, believes part of his leadership role is to help end the stigma around addressing trauma and mental health issues.
