Dr. Crosston, former Program Director for Intelligence Studies at American Military University, talks to Dr. Kate Brannum and Dr. Michelle Watts of AMU about their research and the role of non-state actors in emergency response in Guatemala. Drs. Brannum and Watts conducted field research in Guatemala examining the response to the catastrophic eruption of Volcan de Fuego in 2018.
