Amy, a long-distance friend I made over a writing summer program at Stanford, brings in all the laughs as she shares her exotic experiences running a student-led pop-up restaurant, taking interdisciplinary courses (such as science + drama) at a one year boarding school in Hangzhou, and stepping on her goldfish. She also talks about Covid, school, and life in general in Hong Kong and the cultural diversity in her life of Korean, Chinese, and British influences.
