Before professional sports league's made it a point to hire women and minorities, Amy Trask broke the mold when she was appointed by Al Davis in the mid-80's.  

She served in the NFL Raiders front office for almost 30 years and was often the only woman in the room.  

She talks with Pete about her incredible career, her arguments with Al Davis, when she introduced Al to Darth Vader and what happened with Barrett Robbins the morning of Super Bowl XXXVII.
