Amy came back on the show to discuss how to use your mind to deepen your connections with your family, employees, business partners, children and yourself. Amy discusses how to unlock your potential that you don't even know you have to elevate your life to new heights.
Thoughts and how to change your thoughts, words lead to action, action leads to habits. Change your habits and you will begin to think differently about your FUTURE. Habits can change character and once that happens when you stop believing the delusions and lies said about you, depression and anger you can change your DESTINY.
If you change your thoughts, it will change your feelings which will in turn then affect your body. Find the Silver Lining in a bad situation and find one good thing out of a bad situation. This is life changing. Train your brain to feel confidence along with using your heart. Amy explained that you can have love without feeling pain and how to have the mindset to do this.
