Hey, we are in a recession... everything (gggggg) costs more... so what's a girl(guy, person) to do to try and stay on a budget and still EAT?!

Learning what makes you thrive could be very different from what makes others thrive.  The best thing we can do in our lives is find our own balance and tipping point of busy and not busy. Which is better? Is one better? Pour yourself a cuppa and let's chat. 

As we age, we have more decisions to make in life.  And yet, they do not seem to become any easier? Why is this? How do we handle this part of 'adulting'?

Budgets, we all know about them, we all have heard that they are what we need to do to get in better financially shape... but is it really that easy? Just do a budget they say.... how can you be in debt they say! Well... more people are in debt than you may realize and it comes with it's own chains... so there's  no judgement here, just an available seat for you at the table, and a warm beverage to go along with it.
