I can't really get excited about this one.  Although I sure sound excited.  But not in the good way.  This is definitely one of the most vulnerable podcasts you'll likely ever hear from the host of The Joe Health Show.  

Yeah...It's all me, Jonathan, talking today.  The show took a turn around the halfway point.  You're gonna get a real time reaction and I've got to hold it together.  But quite honestly, I'm super sad today.  I'm hurting more than I've hurt for someone in a long time.  And you get to hear some of that today.
