The Autoimmune Wellness Podcast is brought to you by Mickey Trescott, MSc., a functional nutritionist, chef, and author of three best-selling books: The Autoimmune Paleo Cookbook, The Autoimmune Wellness Handbook, and The Nutrient-Dense Kitchen.
