I’ve worked hard over the years to help you get out of your own way. In most attempts I portray myself as a person who has it figured out. It was a survival mechanism and an attempt to show strength. I recently realized that shielding you from my struggle hurts me AND you. If I want to show you how to achieve the highs, you have to see the lows. Here’s a toast to balance of the two.
