We've talked about this in the past few podcasts but the fuel you put in your body will affect your mood in some way or another. Are you living for that instant gratification and instant happiness? Or are you diligent in your food diary so you can indulge every once in a while and enjoy the moment. Whatever you do the ultimate goal is to stay out of the drs office unless you have quarterly checkups like I do
