consultant dermatologist, Professor Caitriona Ryan, co-founder of the Institute of

Dermatologists in Ballsbridge, Dublin.

This episode is a good one for anyone who’s considering cosmetic treatments; the

sort of ones that live somewhere on the scale between the beauty counter and the

plastic surgeon. Perhaps it’s Botox or lip filler you’re interested in? Or maybe you’re

more about skin tightening, or sorting out thread veins, or fast-tracking a six pack…

These days there’s pretty much a solution for everything, which doesn’t involve going

under the knife because everything we talk about here is non-invasive, as in, it

doesn’t involve surgery, and prices for treatments vary from a few hundred euro to

bigger bucks. We also point out what not to ask for, and what’s a waste of money.

It's also important to stress, this is not about looking ‘young’… it’s about looking –

and really, more about feeling – our best.

Caitriona is easy to follow. She explains things simply, and we’ve taken it skin

concern, by skin concern, aligning what treatments are best for which issues.
