Today, I’m going to discuss the concept of creating your perfect space for mindfulness, by setting your atmosphere appropriately, and learning to breathe. Refresh, Reset and Relax are three key components for having a good routine, and I’ll share with you how I did this as a single mother with two small sons to care for. 


I’d like you to think about where you choose to create your private thinking space, and if it’s serving you well, or not. And I challenge you to set aside a period of time each day where you can simply just have your space to think.
