Erik Bergrud from the Kansas City Comets broadcast team and Thad Bell from the Kansas City Soccer Journal recorded the latest episode of The Blue Turf for the 2023-24 season and we are again not at the now "World Famous" Kansas City Soccer Dome.

The Comets were so good at the start of the season but struggled on the road trip to Mexico. After a home loss to Utica City FC, a pair of defeats in Monterrey and a loss at the Chihuahua Savage the Comets returned home to rest up and get ready for the next road game at Utica.

Erik and Thad tried to focus on evaluating the halfway point in the season without looking too much into the future.
