An Easeful Love

Take Care with Maud is a podcast that focuses on what it means to take care of yourself. The host, Maud, is a twenty-something-year-old black woman who hails from Oakland, CA. She's a poet, writer, self-care enthusiast, and an all-around student of life. She shares her experiences with spirituality, love, self-care, mental health, transformation, and so much more. Along with hearing a lot of Maud's story, listeners also get to hear her in conversation with people with remarkable stories. There will be community building, laughter, joy, pain, tears, but ultimately, there will be care taken and love given.
